Communications

With the formation of UCF IT a new focus was put on communication with our staff and partners.  The goal of the UCF IT Communications team is to provide relevant, accurate, and consistent information to our partners across the university.  Key objectives of the team are to:

  • Maintain and manage a comprehensive communications strategy for the department
  • Maintain branding guidelines and ensure they comply with the UCF brand standard
  • Create and distribute information about UCF IT services to students, faculty and staff
  • Provide information to help educate students, faculty and staff on information technology
  • Create and distribute timely information about outages and upcoming maintenance
  • Maintain the UCF IT website, Twitter (@ucf_it) and Facebook (ucfitsupportcenter)
